The Buckmaster Inn

Deposits:

 

To confirm your reservation, we ask for a deposit of 50% by check. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS. We do, however, ask for the full amount for one nights stay.

 

Cancellations:

Due to the size of our Inn, last minute cancellations have a great impact on us. We ask for a 14 day notice prior to the planned day of arrival. Regretfully.....with less than the 2 week notice, your deposit will be forfeited unless we are able to rebook your room. Also, should you depart before the final day of your reservation you are responsible for the cost of your entire stay. 

 

Room Rates:

 

Our rates are based on double occupancy.  Our rooms are primarily intended for two adults. While we enjoy children we prefer ages 16 and over. 

 

 

Check-In:

 

So that everything will be perfect upon your arrival our check in time is 3:00 p.m. However, we are happy to alter this time frame when confirming your reservation. Should you be arriving later in the evening, please just let us know in advance.

 

Check-out:

 11:00 a.m.

No Smoking: 

The entire Inn is non-smoking.........this includes our property as well.........thank you in advance.

 

No Pets Please:

 

For those who wish to travel with their pets, there are several kennels nearby:

Saddle Mountain Kennel: (802)492-3454.

Both Kennels are approximately 3-5 miles from us.
